ADVANCE TABCO WARRANTY
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Advance Tabco warrants all of its equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 90-day period following the date of purchase providing notice thereof is received within that time.
If defects result, seller will either repair those defects or replace the particular item.
In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item as covered by this invoice.
This warranty applies only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, or accidents. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and any and all other warranties express or implied unless herein otherwise stated.
The company's responsibility and obligation under this guarantee is limited to the exchange of any defective part
which may be returned and which proves to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of labor, loss of
business, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in servicing the unit.

- All prices are F.O.B. factory
- All prices, specifications and discounts subject to change without notice. Prices listed herein do not include Federal Excise, Municipal or other use Tax.
- Not responsible for any damage while in hands of carrier. (For any damage and loss while in transit, promptly file claim against carrier.)
- Merchandise shipped open account to those firms furnishing satisfactory credit references. Terms are 1% Discount - 10 days; Net - 30 days.
- Quotations, unless otherwise stated, are for 60 day acceptance.
- Returns: A 30% handling charge will be applied to all authorized returns. Minimum charge $50.00.
- A 50% handling charge will be applied to all unauthorized returns.
- Orders for special items are not subject to cancellation without our written consent.
- Our consent must be obtained before defective merchandise is returned. Incoming freight or express charges may be collected and exchanged items will be shipped prepaid.
- On return shipments that we sanction, where orders have been correctly filled out and not defective, the incoming freight or express charges must be prepaid. Credit will then be issued, less a reasonable handling charge and less whatever expense is necessary to put goods in salable condition.
- We are not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control such as fires, strikes, delays in transportation or any contingencies of similar character.
- All orders subject to acceptance at our office.
- Possession of price list does not constitute an offer to sell.
- Minimum charge on all orders is $50.00 NET
